- Shane Twist Review added: 2018.10.28★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Stood 20 minutes waiting to be seen to. Staff never acknowledged our presence. Only when a queue started to form we walked out. Customer told assistant they lost our custom due to us being sick of waiting. This was ignored by the assistant. Their loss as my i needed 4 pairs of glasses and my wife wanted to make appointment for new glasses. Happy to take my business elsewhere.
